  Dear Katy,
  
  My wife and I recently held a wedding ceremony and reception for our son and new daughter-in-law at your facility. To say that our event was a success would be an understatement.
  
  We would first like to thank you personally for all that you did for us. We had hoped for an intimate and fun evening with our families and friends, however, the entire evening exceeded any expectations we had. Your assistance from the planning stages up to your tireless work behind the scenes during the event was remarkable. Your attention to detail and ability to remember all the “little things” was amazing. The evening flowed seamlessly from start to finish and your guidance allowed us to enjoy a special night. 
  
  Over the last few weeks we have received countless phone calls and notes in the mail from invited guests. All saying it was the best wedding they had ever been to and or one of the most enjoyable evenings they had ever had. We felt we had to pass this along to you and your staff because you all made the night possible. As a side note, we were somewhat disappointed when rain forced us to have our ceremony inside. It turns out our disappointment was short lived and unfounded. Everyone involved remarked about the intimacy of the setting and felt this set the tone for the evening.
  
  Please pass along our thanks to the staff that was on hand that night. The bartenders on duty and the wait staff that served us all night were outstanding. I know firsthand that the wedding party received first class treatment. Also, kudos to the chefs and assistants for the delicious offerings they prepared. The quality of the food was beyond anything we expected.
  
  Lastly, please accept our most sincere and deepest gratitude for all you did for us. Your help made a special evening that much more memorable. We certainly know who we will be calling when the time comes for our next wedding.
